Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy
At Shapvex, we are committed to providing high-quality products. This policy is in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Return and exchange window 30 days.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to:
• A replacement or refund for a major failure
• Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage
• Have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure
Nothing in this policy excludes or replaces your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Major Failure
A product is considered to have a major failure if:
• It is significantly different from the description or sample
• It is unsafe
• It has a problem that would have stopped you from purchasing it
• It cannot be easily fixed within a reasonable time
If your product has a major failure, you may choose between a refund or replacement.
Minor Failure
If the issue is considered minor, we may choose to:
• Repair the item
• Replace the item
• Provide a refund
Change of Mind
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind.
For hygiene and safety reasons, due to the nature of shapewear and compression garments:
• Change-of-mind returns are only accepted if the item is unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
• The request must be made within 30 days of delivery
• Returns fees is on customers
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
Exchanges (Sizing Issues)
If you ordered the wrong size:
• You may request an exchange within 30 days of delivery
• The item must be unworn and in original condition
We recommend checking our size guide carefully before placing an order.
Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
• Worn or used items
• Washed garments
• Items without original packaging
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at:
Include:
• Full Name
• Order Number
• Reason for return
• Photos (if item is faulty)
We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Refund Processing
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• Please allow 10 business days for funds to appear in your account
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Parcels
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect:
• Reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer
